Recently I have placed an order for phone through wirefly.com with AT&T service and after 15 days of service I found the rate plan given by wirefly.com is not accepteble by AT&T. AT&T informed me that wirefly.com is doing such kind of things a ( giving wrong service plans etc)and they cannot do anything.

I contacted wirefly.com and I was told that they cannot speak with cingulor and asking me to go back to cingulor and request them to speak with wirfly.com.When i escalated this issue with the supervisior above sales associate, he asked me to cancel this order , return the phone and place new order and just hanged up the phone. I dont know who is cheating but be aware that these companies under brand names they are not providing any good service.

Next time I am not going to place any order with wirefly.com and not taking any serivce with AT&T

I purchased two phones from Wirefly back in November of 2005 with a TMobile contract. Wirefly had a $130 rebate per phone to be paid in 8-10 weeks. A total of $260. As of 7\20\2006 I still have not received the rebate. I have written letters and sent emails. They tell me that the rebate was approved months ago but that they are still in the processing stage.

When you call their customer service telephone number you are told to dial another number. I set my phone on redial and this number has been busy continously for over a week. This whole rebate deal with Wirefly is a scam. TMobile has not been any help all they do is contact Wirefly and then email me that the rebate is in the final stage. (as it has been for months) Every email I receive from either company is an automated response.
