Originally this company was named Inphonic. According to Better business bureau received a letter grade of "F" due to the number of complaints filed against them. Inphonic soon shut down and went out of business. Simplexity soon arose and started business in November 2007. Since then there has been 3999 disputes filed against this company with the Better Business Bureau.
